Christmas Eve and Christmas Day: closed
New Years Day: Open at 4pm for dinner
BUT…We will be open on Christmas Eve from 9:00am-noon to sell gift certificates. P.S. They make great stocking stuffers!!

That’s right… we’ve succesfully made the switch to the Food Plus Recycling Program through SSC here in Bellingham! We’ve cut our garbage rate down by at least 50%! Now, everything from plastic wrappers on napkins to leftover food is being recycled.

We aren’t trying to toot our own horn, but we think that we make some of the best bread in Fairhaven. Our french baguettes are baked fresh daily. If you want a little insider knowledge, come in and get your bread when we open at 11:30. It is usually still warm from the oven. Often times we sell out, so make sure you check in with us often. Baguettes are $3.50. We also sell large and small pizza doughs.
Well and many of you Bellinghamsters know winter has come early this year. In an effort to combat the cold, Mambo Italiano Cafe has decided to install several infrared radient heaters throughout the restaurant. Thanks to Jeff at www.heatinggreen.com for turning us on to this up and coming environmental friendly cure for the winter chills.

Nothing says thanksgiving like pumpkin cheesecake. Jenna, the pastry chef at Mambo Italiano has been refining her recipe and we think that we have something really special just in time for the holidays. You owe it to yourself to save room for this decedent desert
There were little ghouls and witches wandering the streets of Fairhaven. One of our favorites was a little chef with a wisk in his pocket. Halloween is one of our favorite times of year. Our staff always dresses up and our regulars have the task of judging who has the best costume.
